Welcome back! I know I’m a bit behind on blogging but I’m hoping to change that now!

The mission of this blog post is to show off the adorable Ella Grace. I actually photographed Ella Grace several ago for her 3 month session. Can you believe how big this little lady has gotten since then? I had to blink a few times to make sure I was seeing things clearly!  Of course we had to get a shot of her “fancy pants” as we did with her sister each session. It’s hard to believe little miss  is already trying to sit up unassited and showed us her new found skills at her session. It’s amazing how fast they grow!

 

 

 

 

Brittany(mom) brought a few blankets that belonged to Brittany’s grandmother and were very special to them, which added even more to the photos we took. (I REALLY wanted to keep the quilt it was perfect!)

Ella Grace, 3 months: Franklin, TN Baby Photographer

I got some spend some time with my “niece” Ella Grace a couple weeks ago. She has grown so much and is so full of personality! She and her big sister are totally smitten over each other. I LOVED my time spent with them. Sweet Avery even spend extra time helping me during the session and giving me lots of hugs and snuggles.

Toby: 20 days new: Smyrna, TN Newborn Photographer

I was so excited to finally get to meet baby Toby yesterday. He did amazing for his first session and his big brother was the best 2 year old I’ve ever seen. I enjoyed every.single.snuggle I got in 🙂 Mark & Jayna- It was so great to see you all yesterday, I LOVED snuggling with Toby and getting lots of playtime with Max. Thank you for letting me be a part of this special time for you guys! -Paula

Whitney & Paul: Smyrna Wedding Photographer

I was so excited to photograph Whitney and Paul’s wedding day a few weeks ago. Whitney was the maid of honor at a dear friends wedding several months ago. We had a blustery fall day to contend with but luckily the rain held off long enough for us to sneak outside for a bit!
I LOVE Whitney’s smile, I mean it could seriously light up a room.

See what I mean about her smile? Stunning!!! And Paul was looking pretty himself!

After the ceremony, we headed outside for some quick photos of just the two of them.

I wasn’t around during the reception, but did sneak in to grab a few details. Her friend did an amazing job on the drape and the chandeliers. All handmade!

The Webb Family: Franklin, TN Family Photographer

I say it everytime, but this family has such a special place in my heart. I love watching their family grow and getting to be a part of it not only behind the camera but by getting to spend more time with them. Britt and I have known each other for 20 years(yikes, that makes me feel old!) and it’s amazing to watch someone you knew as a kid become a wife, and mother. I am SO excited to meet Ella Grace when she gets here in the next month or so. Avery is going to be such a great big sister.

It’s not fair to look this good at 33 weeks pregnant!

We also took a few pictures of the soon to be big sister, she just turned 3 and has such a fun and charismatic personality.

Her smile could light up a room!

The Hauskins Family: Nashville & Murfreesboro Family Photographer

I was so excited to meet up with this sweet family this weekend. I have not seen them since earlier this year and I can’t get over how big the kiddos have gotten! I LOVE spending time with them, and I have to admit they have some pretty amazing kids! I can’t wait to meet their newest addition!

Cody & Kellie: Franklin, TN Wedding Photographer

When Kellie contacted me to shoot her wedding, to say I was excited was an understatement. Kellie has been a client of mine since not long after I started my business, and it was amazing to be involved in her special day. I met Cody for the first time at their engagement session  after seeing the two of them together that day, I knew they had something special. Their love for each other is infectious. Cody & Kellie got married at St. Philip Church in Franklin, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day. Here’s a little look into their wedding day.

After some fun with the bride and groom we headed off to the reception!

How awesome is that cake? It tasted as amazing as it looks too 🙂

Watching Kellie dance with her dad brought a smile to everyone’s face. Cody and his momma tore up the dance floor and were quite a sight to see! 🙂 I loved it!

At the end of the reception I stole the bride and groom away for a little bit to get some more pictures of them alone, and I’m SO glad we ventured over to this spot!

Cody & Kellie- From the bottom of my heart, Thank you and your families for letting me be a part of your wedding day. I have never been around family and friends who had so much love! Everyone treated Mesha and I as we were family! It was an amazing day and I hope, hope you enjoy your preview! -Paula

Let’s have some fun at the reception! One of my favorite things is the food at reception, and let me tell you the potato bar was AMAZING!

And then we had an amazing time with the cake(which was delicious!) Notice the cake topper, they sent off their picture and had a bobble head cake topper made. It was awesome!

Jon & Jennifer- You have no idea what it meant to me to be a part of your wedding day. I enjoyed every second of it! I adored spending the day with your family and friends! I am so happy the two of you found eachother and that Maci & Abigail have been brought into Jon’s life. I love you guys!!!!! <3-Paula

Jon & Jennifer (part 1)- Smyrna, TN Wedding Photographer

To say I was excited to shoot this wedding was an understatement. Jon and Jennifer are really good friends of ours, and I could not wait to watch them officially become a family! We had a gorgeous day, a nice breeze and lots of gorgeous light. Jennifer was absolutely stunning and Jon didn’t look half bad himself 🙂 You could feel their love for each other just radiating.

I was so happy they decided to have a first look. It is truly a special time for the bride and groom to see one another and be able to just “be” together. I *may* have teared up during these.

Dylan, 1 year: Murfreesboro, TN Baby Photographer

I just LOVE when this family is on my schedule. I have been photographing them for several years and can’t believe Dylan is 1! Dylan was not happy with us if we did anything but sit him on something…crate, chair, stool, etc so that’s exactly what we did! It was hilarious, he would get happy as soon as we put him on something he could sit on.

See that smile, yep he was hanging out in a chair 🙂 He had me cracking up at all his facial expressions!

And of course we got some of big brother Noah, I may have had to shed out some smarties for it, but it was SO worth it!

He is starting to look like a little man  now…..
